南京艺术学院（Nanjing University of the Arts），简称“南艺”，是我国独立建制创办最早并延续至今的高等艺术院校，也是江苏省唯一一所综合性高等艺术学府。现为国家文化和旅游部、江苏省人民政府共建高校，江苏省高水平大学“高峰计划”建设高校。

Nanjing University of the Arts, abbreviated as "NUA," is the earliest independently established higher art institution in China that has continued to the present day. It is also the only comprehensive higher art institution in Jiangsu Province. It is currently a co-constructed university by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People's Republic of China and the People's Government of Jiangsu Province, and is part of the "Peak Plan" for constructing high-level universities in Jiangsu Province.

学校现设有16个教学学院，43个本科专业，目前在校生总数12000余人，教职工1150余人，专任教师760余人，其中高级职称330余人，博士生导师、硕士生导师260余人。艺术学科综合实力稳居全国高校前列。在教育部第五轮学科评估中，80%学科进入A类，具备深厚的人才培养学科基础、软硬件条件。

NUA has 16 teaching colleges offering 43 undergraduate majors, with a total student population of over 12,000 and over 1,150 faculty and staff members, including more than 760 full-time teachers. Among them, there are over 330 senior title holders and more than 260 doctoral and master's supervisors. The comprehensive strength of art disciplines ranks at the forefront of universities nationwide. In the fifth round of discipline evaluation by the Ministry of Education, 80% of the disciplines entered Class A, demonstrating a strong foundation in talent cultivation and hardware and software facilities.
